Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and execute day-to-day financial operations within our company. The ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of relevant experience in handling accounts and finances, preferably within an agency or services company.

Our design decisions are data-led, shaped by principles of behavioural psychology and are handcrafted by a passionate team of Experience Design specialists. We are known for our deep work and would like to think of ourselves as designers focused on business outcomes. Our team is a mix of Interaction Designers, Business Strategists, Graphic Artists, Illustrators and Developers who shape products with client teams.

Responsibilities:
- Execute and oversee day-to-day financial operations with finesse and accuracy.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing to maintain optimal cash flow.
- Maintain meticulous financial records, including precise ledgers and journals.
- Skillfully manage payroll processing utilizing the Zoho suite, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers while efficiently managing vendor payments.
- Demonstrate unwavering commitment to financial compliance, navigating the complexities of financial regulations and relevant laws.
- Present insightful financial reports to management, providing valuable analysis and data-driven insights.
- Manage banking relationships and transactions with precision, serving as the vital link between our company and financial institutions.
- Uphold internal financial policies and procedures, safeguarding our organization's financial well-being.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and foster efficiency.
- Engage with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities proactively, addressing financial challenges with creativity and diligence.
- Scrutinize financial aspects of contracts, protecting the company's interests and identifying potential risks.
