About the role:

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Account Manager to lead and coordinate growth marketing and social media mandates for a few of our key clients. This is not a passive role — you’ll be the glue between strategy, execution, and client communication. You’ll own the marketing calendar, manage timelines, ensure alignment between internal teams and client expectations, and actively contribute ideas to move the needle towards growth KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for day-to-day client communication comprising daily stand-ups and weekly status syncs with internal and client teams.
  • Maintain & share tracker around tasks, timelines, blockers, and next steps on discussed actionable. 
  • Own the project management dashboard, ensuring task visibility and timely completion.
  • Monitor & evaluate key metrics to take informed optimization efforts.
  • Design content calendars, growth experiment roadmaps (A/B testing), and campaign plans if any.
  • Ensure feedback loops and learnings are well-documented and actioned.

Ideal candidate:

  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, or client servicing — ideally in a creative/ social media agency.
  • Proven experience of working on/with growth marketing campaigns or managed social media mandates for brands.
  • Possesses strong communication, structured thinking, and an action-oriented mindset (aka clarity, tone, and follow-ups are your superpowers)
  • Highly organized with a knack for juggling multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
