Specifically, your role entails:

Product Thinking
You understand the product vision and ensure design goals are aligned to it. You think in concepts, not screens, and approach briefs through a problem-solving lens. You connect articulated and latent user needs to product use cases to deliver cohesive experiences with measurable impact. You use tools to pressure-test assumptions, generate alternatives at speed, and think bigger, earlier.

Hands-on Design & Building
You own the design process, from ideation to polished prototypes. You're comfortable going beyond the design file, using tools, no-code platforms, or lightweight code to bring ideas to life. You don't wait for a developer to see if something works; you build a version of it yourself. Your designs are grounded in craft but move at the speed of curiosity.

Research & Insights
You are adept at deriving insights from user research and data. You have mastered the art of listening and can peel through the surface to uncover drives and patterns that guide design decisions. You know how to use tools to synthesise research, spot patterns, and generate hypotheses, while staying sharp enough to question what they surface.

Storytelling
Every experience is a story, and you can capture the essence of a design solution in a concise, compelling narrative. You pitch designs as human stories, making it easy to empathise with and relate to. You are comfortable presenting to CXOs in a persuasive fashion, helping them appreciate design decisions. You can also demo living prototypes, not just static decks.

What we're looking for
- You have 1 to 2 years of product design experience
- You actively use tools in your design workflow and are curious about where they're headed
- You demonstrate strong product thinking, connecting design to outcomes not just outputs
- You are driven to grow exponentially and create category benchmarks
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and can move fast without losing craft
