About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a motivated and insightful UX Researcher to join our team. This isn’t just about research — it’s about delivering actionable insights that shape the user experience in meaningful ways. You’ll work closely with our designers and business strategists, using your research to guide decision-making and ensure that we create products that not only look great but also work seamlessly for users. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead user research efforts from start to finish: define research objectives, design research plans, recruit participants, conduct interviews, usability tests, and synthesize findings.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to ensure that user insights are integrated into the design process.
- Translate complex user needs and behaviors into clear insights and actionable recommendations that impact product direction and design decisions.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Provide regular insights reports, summarizing research findings, key themes, and opportunities for design improvement.
- Develop personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs and pain points.
- Ensure user research is aligned with business objectives, ensuring that the user experience and business goals are in harmony.
Ideal Candidate:
- 5-7 years of experience in UX research or a similar field, ideally in a design consultancy or tech environment.
- Proven experience in conducting a wide range of user research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex research findings in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and methodical in research execution, yet able to see the bigger picture.
- Passionate about understanding user behavior and turning those insights into practical design solutions.
